(323) 344-7086Bankruptcy Court Sale Division: this is a separate division that analyzes and markets court approved inventories of properties. Extensive research and documentation goes into these specialized properties along with close communication with representatives of the bankruptcy courts, property owners and trustees. These properties are normally sold by a court overbid process.
Notary Public Service: this service is provided to notarize documents as required by law in order to record them with various city, state, or federal departments.
